Judge Denies Youth Status to 3 Auburn Ex-Players







OPELIKA, Ala. (AP) - A Lee County judge has denied youthful offender status for three of the four former Auburn University football players accused of robbery and burglary at an Auburn home in March.

A day after denying youthful offender status for Shaun Kitchens, Lee County Circuit Court Judge Chris Hughes denied the protection to Antonio Goodwin and Dakota Mosley. The three requested youthful offender status at their arraignments in May instead of entering pleas to charges of first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property.
