Rep. Barry Mask, left, leaves the Federal Courthouse in Montgomery, Ala. with his wife Jill Mask during a lunch break in the gambling corruption trial on Monday June 20, 2011. Mask is giving testimony against indicted casino owner Milton McGregor.
State Rep. Barry Mask of Wetumpka is scheduled to testify for a third day Tuesday. Attorneys say they expect to wrap up his testimony in a few hours.
Mask testified Monday that he called indicted casino owner Milton McGregor in a phone call taped by the FBI and McGregor offered him significant contributions if he supported pro-gambling legislation.
Defense attorneys said Mask brought up money first to McGregor. Mask said outside the federal courthouse that defense attorneys were doing their job by attacking his testimony.
