Larry the Cable Guy to shoot TV program at Mobile International Speedway

MOBILE, Alabama -- Popular comedian Larry the Cable Guy will  tape a segment for his History Channel TV show at Mobile International Speedway, a Rick Crawford Performance Track, on Saturday.
"Only in America with Larry the Cable Guy" will be filmed from 2 to 5 p.m. The grandstands and pit gates will open at 1 p.m.
Fans are invited to come early for Larry the Cable Guy and stay for the WKRG-TV 5 Modified Madness and Pitt's and Son's Demolition Derby.
"Having Larry at the track is just the first example of Mobile International Speedway becoming a total entertainment facility," said Crawford, the Irvington  track's manager and promoter. "We've always been known for putting on a great show on the racetrack. We want to be known for putting on a great show period."
