Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office investigators have arrested a Navarre man they say was having a sexual relationship with a juvenile under the age of 16.
NAVARRE, FL - Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office investigators have arrested a Navarre man they say was having a sexual relationship with a juvenile under the age of sixteen.The victim told investigators that the suspect, Alekzandr “Ace” Echelle, was previously a summer camp counselor at the recreation center located in the Holley by the Sea subdivision in Navarre. The victim stated that Echelle was a counselor at the camp while she attended the camp. Earlier this year, the suspect and the victim began to correspond on Facebook, progress to texting, then calling, and finally meeting in person.
The victim told authorities they had a sexual relationship. Investigators say Echelle admitted to having sexual activity with the victim. He is being held in the Santa Rosa County Jail with no bond.
