ANDALUSIA, Alabama -- Christopher Shannon Hall, 39, of Andalusia, faces 9 counts of animal cruelty after he allegedly left numerous bulldogs without food and water, the Andalusia Star-News reports.Hall allegedly kept the dogs on a relative's property without food or water and at 2 different times, deputies found one of the dogs dead, but still on its chain, the Star-News reported. Hall was behind held in the Covington County Jail on a $27,000 bond.
