AMBER Alert Issued for Missing Child from Florida

(CHIPLEY, Fla.) - An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing 16-month-old boy last seen in Chipley, Fla.

Waylan Snipes was last seen in 500 block of 2nd Street in Chipley wearing gray pajama pants with red fire trucks, white socks and a diaper. The child has a scrape under his right eye.

Law enforcement officials say he may be with William Snipes, a white male, 36 years old, 6'4, brown hair, blue eyes.

They may be traveling in a silver or gold Chevy S10 with an Alabama license plate. The vehicle also has a red, white and blue army tag on the bumper.
